The Chinese princess Wencheng, wife of the Tibet king Songsten Gampo is considered an incarnation of the White Tara. Together with the Nepalese princess Bhrikuti (Trisun), incarnation of the Green Tara and also the wife of the Tibetan king Songsten Gampo, they brought this to the Dharma, which led to the opening of Tibet for the Dharma.
