Manjushri Buddha, the Glorious-Gentle, the embodiment of supreme knowledge among the Bodhisattvas. As Bodhisattva of Wisdom, he is the protector of students and scholars. He was the teacher of countless Buddhas, in Namasangiti texts he is referred to as the original Buddha (Adibuddha). He holds in his right hand the flaming sword of wisdom with which ignorance is cut.
His mantra is "Om A Ra Pa Ca Na Dhih".
